For Users

Ready to try the new and easy way to perform OHS audits? You can get started in just 4 easy steps. The first step is to download AuditSoft.

Download AuditSoft and launch the application. Click ‘create an account’ and complete the registration page. Now that you have an account you can log in with your user credentials.

AuditSoft requires you to have a valid license for each audit. Production licenses can be purchased from within the AuditSoft software. View instructions on purchasing a license.

AuditSoft is designed to run on most modern computers that support the Windows operating system. View a full list of recommended system requirements to check if your system is supported.

Start an audit by selecting a license under the “Start a new audit” heading on the home page of AuditSoft. The navigation structure on the left of the page then enables you to systematically step through the audit process. AuditSoft creates automatic backups (AutoSave) of your most recent working audit files at 20-minute intervals. View instructions on recovering most recent backup. You can also explore AuditSoft Cloud Backup: an optional backup and disaster recovery feature to guard against data loss due to hardware failure and human error.*

AuditSoft stores all your data in a file on your operating system. We do not have access to your data when stored on your computer. If you use the AuditSoft Cloud Backup service only you, the user, can access your backed-up data. Your certifying partner or certification body does not have access to any of your backed-up data.

The pricing for each audit protocol can be accessed from within the application by selecting the “get new license” button. Some certifying partners or certification bodies subsidise part or all of the AuditSoft licensing fee.

For Associations

AuditSoft can be configured to support most OHS protocols. We work with associations to customize the AuditSoft solution to meet the specific needs of an association (talk with sales).

AuditSoft provides a single intuitive workflow to complete your audit from start to finish, so you no longer need to switch between multiple spreadsheets or paper-based documents used to track supporting documentation, interview and observation findings/data.

Yes, training is recommended before using AuditSoft. We provide a 45-minute overview of the AuditSoft application hosted by SafetyVantage.

After initial deployment we work closely with all our association partners to ensure that your audit protocol(s) are updated annually to accommodate changes as they become available.

AuditSoft has a comprehensive knowledge base to help users get to grips with our software. For further assistance, users can call or submit a support ticket to our customer success team and can expect a prompt response.
