ContractorXchange uses an AI Document Verifier focused on a single task: factual data extraction from contractor documents. It reads uploaded certificates, insurance records, and training documents; extracts key details like coverage amounts, expiration dates, and insurer names; and presents them in a structured format with a confidence score on every extracted value. It does not approve documents, override reviewers, or interpret compliance. The AI extracts the data; humans make the decisions.

The AuditSoft AI Assistant helps auditors draft and refine summary narratives for audit questions, based on evidence the auditor has already gathered and verified. For each question, the Assistant reviews the numeric Documentation, Interview, and Observation (DIO) sampling evidence the auditor has captured, incorporates the auditor's own written notes, and combines these with the audit question and its supporting guidance to keep the narrative on topic and aligned with the standard. The result is a professional, well-structured summary that reflects what the auditor actually collected and recorded, not what the AI imagined. The auditor reviews, edits, and approves every summary before it becomes part of the audit.

A qualified human reviewer (assessor or auditor), always. Our AI pre-screens documents, flags missing or inconsistent information, highlights items that need attention, and can draft summary audit narratives from evidence the auditor has already gathered and verified. The reviewer or auditor reviews every output and owns the final decision.

No. Your information is never used to train or improve any AI model. The underlying models we use were trained by their developers before we deployed them, and their knowledge is fixed. Nothing you submit changes the model, and nothing you submit is shared with the model's developer.

No. Public AI tools are built for open, ongoing conversation, and users often have limited visibility into how their inputs are handled. Our AI is a secure internal tool integrated into the workflows your team already uses. It's session-based: the system reads what it needs to complete a single task, generates a result, and the session closes. Nothing is retained by the AI after the session ends.

All AI processing and data storage happens within Microsoft Azure's Canadian data centres, inside our controlled environment. Your data does not leave Canada and does not leave our network.

No. Each AI session is isolated to the task at hand. The AI has no memory between sessions and no ability to surface one customer's information to another.
