As 2025 wraps up, we’re proud to reflect on a year of continued growth and important milestones at AuditSoft. From product innovation to community initiatives, everything we delivered this year supports our mission of advancing workplace safety.
Join us as we look back on this year’s highlights…
2025 was a major year for product innovation. Two launches in particular stand out for how they advance our mission to make auditing more reliable and impactful.

With our new digital QA review process, we replaced old manual, email- and file-based certification reviews with a fully digital process. Now, structured workflows ensure seamless handoffs between auditors, reviewers, and administrators and in-app notes keep feedback organized, eliminating miscommunication.
What the digitized QA review process means for associations and certifying bodies:
This upgrade enhances audit integrity, speeds up QA cycles, and gives associations reliable insights into certification reviews. 4,168 digital QA reviews have been completed so far, with 10,000+ QA notes issued to strengthen audit accuracy.

We also launched the AuditXchange Dashboard. This tool that gives certifying bodies instant, real-time insight into the performance of their certification programs.
With this dashboard, associations can now:
Whether you’re an executive preparing for an AGM or a program manager trying to stay ahead of audit backlogs, the AuditXchange Dashboard provides a live view of program health, impact, and engagement.

More than 20 associations across Canada are leveraging AuditSoft and AuditXchange to transform how safety audits are completed, reviewed, and analyzed. This year, we’ve seen ~500 auditors active in AuditSoft daily conducting audits, and over 900 companies accessed their audit scorecards (+90% YoY).

We also introduced improvements to ContractorXchange – AuditSoft’s Prequalification & Contractor Management Software.
The My Contractor dashboard has been consolidated into one centralized view. Now, every contractor is displayed in one searchable, sortable table. New filter controls make it easier to refine contractor lists instantly – whether identifying top scorers, pending approvals, or contractors missing required qualifications. Combined filters give clients a faster, clearer view of contractor readiness and compliance gaps. Explore the new dashboard →
ContractorXchange remains Canada’s easiest, fastest way to achieve contractor compliance, and we’re excited to continue expanding its reach and innovating in 2026 (see what’s coming below).
AuditSoft is coming to a web browser near you! We’re embarking on transforming the AuditSoft application into an online, connected, browser-based app.
What this means for users:
In 2026, ContractorXchange will introduce a more intuitive template framework for hiring clients. Each hiring client will have a permanent prequalification template, complemented by flexible project and site templates. These templates will be configurable with multiple profiles, making it easy to tailor requirements across different scopes of work—without duplicating or adding effort.
Contractors will benefit from a simplified experience: even when connecting to multiple templates for the same hiring client, they’ll complete a single combined questionnaire and submit documents only once per client.
We’re also introducing clearer service levels by separating core registry information, verified documents, and evaluation services. This brings greater transparency to what contractors are paying for and gives hiring clients more control over when and how each level is used.
Together, these updates will provide hiring clients with greater flexibility, contractors with a more streamlined workflow, and everyone with pricing that aligns more directly to the value delivered.
As we look ahead, we’re exploring ways AI can thoughtfully enhance both auditing and contractor management. Our focus is on using AI to reduce repetitive tasks, surface insights sooner, and support more consistent decision-making – always with humans firmly in control. While our R&D work is still evolving, we’re excited about the role AI will play in improving accuracy, strengthening data quality, and creating smoother experiences across our platforms. In 2026, we’ll begin introducing early, practical AI enhancements that support these goals, with a continued emphasis on reliability and real-world value.
Beyond product innovation, 2025 was a year where our initiatives and community involvement continued to expand. Read about them below…
In 2025, we celebrated our top 50 most prolific auditors. Collectively, these Power Users completed over 1,000 audits in 12 months, helping organizations across Canada strengthen their OHS programs and protect workers.
This recognition underscores the growing adoption of AuditSoft and highlights the contribution of auditors who consistently leverage our tools to raise the standard of safety auditing nationwide.

AsterAudits is our first mini desktop game, built by AuditSoft developer Ben Ashton.
Players navigate through a galaxy of hazards, use the arrow keys to move, and the space bar to shoot, all while trying to survive three lives and climb the leaderboard.
While it won’t make audit season any less busy, it might make it a little more fun.

Every year, Threads of Life hosts Steps for Life, a national 5-km walk held across more than 30 Canadian communities. The walk raises awareness about the impact of workplace tragedies and funds programs that support families affected by workplace fatalities, life-altering injuries, and occupational disease.
In 2025, AuditSoft proudly sponsored and joined Steps for Life walks in Toronto and Calgary, with additional AuditSoft team participation in Vancouver and Edmonton.
We’re committed to supporting safer workplaces and honoring the families impacted by preventable incidents. We look forward to continuing our support for Threads of Life in 2026.
2025 has been a year of meaningful advancement for AuditSoft — in product innovation, community support, and continued growth.
