Enhancements to ContractorXchange Dashboards

Share:

We’ve rolled out new enhancements to the ContractorXchange platform to simplify how contractors and hiring clients interact with their dashboards—from clearer terminology to a fully redesigned My Contractors view!

Home Dashboard Changes

My contractor old view vs new view

For contractors that are providing data for a client, there are changes to your Home Dashboard, specifically within the Assessment box (formerly known as ContractorXchange Approval Status).

  • ContractorXchange Approval Status → Assessment
Subscribers will see “Assessment”as the new label for the ContractorXchange status.
  • Not Approved → Insufficient
Subscribers who don’t meet the required criteria will see the status “Insufficient”.

All other ContractorXchange statuses remain unchanged. These updates are part of our ongoing effort to simplify terminology and better support new features coming soon.

‘My Contractors’ Dashboard Upgrade 👷🔍

If you have the My Contractors section turned on to manage your own contractors, you will see exciting new updates that allow you to find any contractor in seconds, view all statuses in one place, and make faster, more informed decisions.

Say goodbye to the old three-box layout (Approved, Suspended, Not Approved). Now, the My Contractor dashboard has been consolidated into one centralized contractor view. Every contractor is displayed in one searchable, sortable table with real-time filtering. No more clicking between status panels—just all your key contractor data, in one place.

💡 Smarter Filters, Faster Insights

New filter controls let you instantly refine your contractor list. Filters can also be used in combination to pinpoint exactly who you need—whether it’s top scorers, pending approvals, or contractors missing certain qualifications.

Overview of the My Contractors section:

  • Contractors – Jump to any contractor instantly with live, type-to-search.
  • Evaluation Score – Filter by Evaluation score (Gold, Silver, Non-Sufficient) and view the percentage score for clear performance comparison.
  • Assessment – Filter by ContractorXchange Assessment status (Not Set, Standard, Advanced, Insufficient, Suspended). This was previously named ContractorXchange Approval Status.
  • Assessment Notes – Key context from the ContractorXchange Assessment.
  • Approval Status – This column displays client-specific Approval Status (previously accessed and viewed from your custom toggled dashboard). Filter by approval status: Approved, Provisionally Approved, Not Approved, Suspended, Ready for Approval.
  • Approval Notes – Notes manually set by the client or through automatic approval rules configured by the client.
  • Template – View and sort contractors based on the assigned template.

This upgrade isn’t just a facelift. By bringing everything into one view and giving you control over filters and insights, we’ve turned the My Contractors section into a dynamic, decision-making toolstreamlining project staffing and approvals.
