Association Partnerships 🤝

AuditSoft continued its trajectory of growth in 2024 by forming and expanding partnerships with associations across Canada. These partnerships reflect our dedication to delivering impactful solutions that improve operational efficiency and maximize value from OHS certification programs.

  • Continuing Care Safety Association (CCSA): CCSA selected AuditSoft as their exclusive tool for Certificate of Recognition (COR®) audits, improving efficiency for auditors and audit reviewers and supporting safety improvements in Alberta’s continuing care sector. A few months on, CCSA shares their experience of the partnership with AuditSoft. View the case study
  • AgSafe BC: AuditSoft partnered with AgSafe BC to streamline COR® auditing processes for British Columbia’s agricultural and associated industries.
  • Opening Minds, a division of the Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC): AuditSoft forged a 10-year exclusive partnership with Opening Minds to advance workplace psychological health and safety in Canada through a new assessment program leveraging AuditSoft’s audit and analytics tools.
  • Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA): AuditSoft expanded its partnership with IHSA to power its IHSA’s National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO®) exam audits. Students pursuing the NCSO® designation will exclusively use AuditSoft’s audit software for their exam submissions, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet real-world safety auditing demands.
  • Pinnacle Certification Inc.: AuditSoft partnered with Pinnacle Certification Inc. to enhance ISO 45001:2018 audit processes. AuditSoft’s ISO 45001:2018 audit tool—the first of its kind in Canada and globally —redefines how audits are conducted, improving efficiency and enhancing audit value.

AuditSoft is proud to be Canada’s most trusted too for COR and ISO audits. These collaborations reflect a shared commitment to the ultimate goal: sending every worker home safely at the end of each day.

Safer Workplaces Through Reliable, Actionable Data 📊

At AuditSoft, we believe reliable data saves lives. True health and safety is not the absence of incidents—it’s the presence of effective controls within a well-implemented OHS management system (OHSMS).

Independent audits against standards like COR® or ISO proactively verify controls. With our software, these audits do more than validate safety systems—they uncover actionable insights that improve safety outcomes.

This year alone, AuditSoft facilitated 6,500+ OHSMS audits across Canada, impacting thousands of workers. This achievement reflects the incredible efforts of our association partners and their members, who work tirelessly to create safer workplaces.

Reliable Data Saves Lives 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️

Our end-to-end process guarantees the integrity and reliability of audit data at every stage:

1️⃣ Evidence Assessment by the Auditor: Every piece of evidence is meticulously gathered and assessed by qualified auditors using AuditSoft’s secure platform.
2️⃣ Submission to Associations for Quality Review: The data is securely submitted to certifying bodies, ensuring an unbiased and rigorous quality review process.
3️⃣ Integration into the Database: Once approved, the data is securely integrated into a robust database. This ensures traceability and transparency for issuing certificates of conformance and compliance to recognized standards.

Our audit scorecard was rolled out to 9 more associations across Canada in 2024. Almost 1500 member companies are now leveraging powerful audit analytics to identify opportunities for improvement within their OHSMS’ to drive meaningful change.
